Although owned by two shareholders TSME operates as an independent business entity and has a strong, distinct culture and corporate identity.
Strategic direction, operating policies and financial controls are approved by the TSME Board in accordance with financial performance objectives and corporate governance guidelines established by Thiess Services Pty Ltd and Al Habtoor Engineering Enterprises Co LLC.
The TSME Board meets regularly during the year to review the Company’s financial, health and safety, environmental, community and governance performance.
