Create workflow processes with supporting forms and procedures

We can analyse the efficacy of your existing workflow process at all stages and make recommendations to either the ‘business rules’ set up within maximo or at an operational level where you are delivering the service. The Workflow Analysis provides your team with an accurate benchmark of current business processes and automated document flow.
